Set caller-ID name

Sets or clears the outbound caller-ID display name (CNAM).

admin.voice.numbersSetName(e164, name)

Sets the outbound caller-ID display name (CNAM) callers see, or clears it with an empty name. The value is 1 to 15 letters, numbers, or spaces; the number must be active first; and carrier propagation takes 12 to 72 hours, with the receiving carrier making the final call on what displays.
