Test a reader

Runs the reader as it stands in the dev session over real documents from the source, writing to the dev database, and prints the outcome for each. --dev is required. Choose documents with --documents, or cap the run with --limit. This is the first step of the loop: test in dev, publish, then run reread --unread to read the documents the live reader has not read.
