Deployment Strategist
The role
Deployment Strategists are Remy's people inside our enterprise customers. You sit in the room with the teams building on Remy: suggesting things, pushing on things, and building alongside them.
You don't need to be an engineer. You need to be confident building with Remy, and strong at the organizational and communications work around it: getting people started, keeping projects moving, and managing relationships. You also bring back the things you see, so a pattern that works for one customer can reach the rest.
What you'll do
- Fully manage a relationship with an enterprise customer to make sure Remy speads through their organization successfully and effectively. Every organization is different; your job is to deeply understand how the company works, and then help them experience how Remy can transform their work.
- Onboard people at customer companies and turn them into successful Remy builders and users. This includes helping them sit and build their first apps, but it also includes everything else required to go from "good app idea" to organization-transforming tool, like communication, measurement, navigating organizational dynamics, etc.
- Collect feedback in the room (both explicit as well as observed/intuited) and bring it back to the platform team. Work with the platform team to help drive the product forward.
- Spot what works at one customer (e.g., a regular town hall where people demo their apps across the company, or internal training sessions), and turn it into a reproducible playbook so other customers can benefit and learn.
- Own the day-to-day relationship, and escalate technical problems to us when they go past what you can solve.
- Travel to customer sites. Be the face of Remy for high-profile enterprises.
You might be a fit if
- You have a few years in management consulting, finance, corporate development, or business operations at a tech company.
- You're comfortable with technology and learn new tools quickly. You don't need an engineering background.
- Your instinct is to build the thing, not to make a deck about the thing. You can show us something you made.
- You communicate clearly, you're at ease with senior people, and you can run a room.
- You organize your own work and follow through without being chased.
- You like being at customer sites and on the road.

- Health: medical, dental, and vision, fully paid for you and your dependents
- Equity: stock options for everyone, with a longer window to exercise if you leave
- Parental leave: 16 weeks at full pay
- 401(k) with a company match
- Time off when you need it
- Lunch in the office, and the equipment you want
How hiring works
Remy is deployed in mission-critical environments. We are a tight-knit team and keep an extremely high bar. Everyone at the company is expected to be deeply familiar with Remy and be comfortable building apps. We recommend spending some time playing with Remy and building some apps you would like to show off to us. Serious candidates can contact us to receive free accounts and credits to help you get started.
